    Pro Tip

    Are you ordering something big? Inform the courier about the corridor dimensions of your office and its location on a given floor.


    Small and medium-sized parcels

    Couriers with medium-sized or small parcels may use the main entrances. There is a courier zone at the entrance on Barbu Văcărescu St. This is the only area where couriers may wait to meet you as they deliver your parcel. They are not allowed to walk around the building or sit in different areas of the reception lobby.

    For large shipments, such as office furniture or water supplies, the courier should use the delivery zone (see the section on larger deliveries below).

    Large parcels

    How larger shipments are delivered depends on the time of day. During regular working hours, they should arrive via the underground parking. At nighttime, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, deliveries should use the rear entrance.

    Remember that your representative must accompany the delivery and provide access through the access control doors at Level -1. Any deliveries through the underground parking must be escorted by a company representative at all times.

    If you are expecting furniture or other major cargo to arrive, remember that it should be delivered outside of working hours. Large deliveries are welcome between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM – provided that you have notified the Building Manager prior to the big day.


    Pro Tip

    There’s a height limit for entering the underground parking. Trucks exceeding 2 m in height should park outside, in places assigned by the security guard.


    Surface parking for big delivery trucks

    Trucks unable to enter the underground parking premises due to their big dimensions should park in specific delivery areas near the building. They’ll then enter through the main entrances in the building.
